Ann Welch has started saying "no ma'am" to every question she wants to say no to. It is so cute. If she doesn't want to do something she just repeats,"no ma'am, no ma'am" over and over again. She says the same thing to David, Ford, and Copeland. She is used to me telling her that when she is getting into something. I forgot how fun this age is!

David and I went to Gravity Class at the Y before we went swimming. I packed the bags for us to change when we got to the pool. Somehow Ann Welch's bottom half of her bathing suit got left at home. So... today we had on our cute smocked swim top and ugly swimmy diaper for the bottoms. It's not easy getting 5 people out the door!
We still have our beloved pacifier. Unfortunately, we are more attached than ever. I have decided that when she turns 2, I'm cutting the ends off of the "thing". Until then I'm enjoying letting her be the baby... Here are a few more pictures from the water park today.

My dad's mom, Ruby made this dress for me when I was little. I put it on Ann Welch and it is beautiful!! I enjoyed taking some pictures of Ford and Ann Welch before Church Sunday morning. I love my middle child too, but he was having a melt down about what he was having to wear to Church, and it wasn't even bad!! My favorite is the one of Ann Welch looking out the window at Ford while I was taking his picture. He really adores her!!
Ahhhh, the joys of summer. My boys have green hair from swimming so much. We've tried the expensive shampoos, etc. Nothing works. So after much online research we tried the ketchup treatment. As you can see, they were not thrilled. Especially Ford who hates the smell. David brought them a movie to watch in the bathroom while they sat there for 30 minutes with ketchup in their hair. Did it work?? It helped, but I've heard it takes several treatments and we're not quite ready for the next one...YUCK!

Yesterday we went to the lake for July 4th. We also had a cookout at Mimi and Papaw's farm. The boys picked peaches, yum! Ford and Mary Reagan burried Jewell in the sand. Brack and Ann Welch had a ball playing ring around the rosie. We are so tired today...
