oh yeah!

I was able to run today and IT FELT SO FREAKING GOOD!!!!!!! I only allowed myself 3 miles( I SO wanted to keep going), but I was able to complete that with minimal pain and almost no pain the last mile. I can feel the pull, just not the pain. Now I feel like maybe I will be able to run at least 1/2 of the half marathon. I'm good with that!! :-) It's not my original or ideal plan, but it makes me so happy to see some improvement after three weeks of rest. Praise God!! :-)
